Kinkan・KOJI SOUR

TUMUGI 1/3(or 1/4※)
DRYSONIC 2/3(or 3/4※)
Kinkan (harvested in Miyazaki), 3 (cut in 1/2)

1) cut Kinkan half then remove stem and seeds.
2) Lightly squeeze Kinkan peel downwards to leave scents inside the glass.
3) add ice in glass and pour TUMUGI.
4) fill with cold DRYSONIC.
5) Stir to crush Kinkan lightly.
*for restaurant, TUMUGI can be reduced to 1/4
**can be served with spoon for eating Kinkan
