Kabosu KOJI SOUR

TUMUGI, 1/3(or 1/4※)
DRYSONIC, 2/3(or 3/4※)
Kabosu (harvested in Oita), 1/2

1) Squeeze Kabosu in a tumbler.
2) Add ice and pour TUMUGI.
3) Filled with cold DRYSONIC and stir lightly.
*for restaurant, TUMUGI can be reduced to 1/4
