KOJI Fresh Snowball

TUMUGI 45ml
Egg Yolk 2
Icing Sugar 1TSP
Lemon Juice 1TSP
Ginger Beer as needed
Nutmeg as needed

1) Put all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a tumber glass without ice.
2) To mousse, add ginger beer.
3) Fill the glass with ice.
4) Sprinkle nutmeg to decorate.
