Daidai (Bitter orange) KOJI SOUR

TUMUGI 30ml
DRYSONIC 90ml
Daidai(bitter orange) 1/8

1) Cut Daidai in 8 wedges and lightly squeeze into a glass.
※ to avoid its bitterness and astringency, gently squeeze Daidai

2) Fill the glass with ice, pour TUMUGI and DRYSONIC and stir.
