Shikuwasa KOJI SOUR
TUMUGI 30ml
DRYSONIC 90ml
Shikuwasa 2
(*OKINAWA local lime with a rich citrus flavor sour taste)
1) Cut Shikuwasa half and lightly squeeze in a glass.
2) Fill the glass with ice, pour TUMUGI and DRYSONIC and stir.
*Squeeze Shikuwasa gently or it gets sourness and acridity. Remove seeds before squeeze because they are acrid.
