Hyuganatsu KOJI SOUR

TUMUGI 30ml (1/4)
DRYSONIC 90ml (3/4)
Hyuganatsu (harvested in Miyazaki) 1/4

1) Squeeze Hyuganatsu thoroughly then put in tumbler.

2) Add ice in a glass and pour TUMUGI.

3) Filled with cold DRYSONIC and stir lightly.
