TUMUGI RESIPE

Kumquat (Kinkan) KOJI SOUR

TUMUGI 30ml (1/4)
DRYSONIC 90ml (3/4)
Kumquat 2 (cut in half)

1) Cut Kumquat half then remove stem and seeds.

2) Squeeze Kumquat lightly with peel downwards to leave scents inside the glass.

3) Add ice in glass and pour TUMUGI.

4) Fill with cold DRYSONIC.

5) Stir to crush Kumquat lightly.

It has rich flavor of Kumquat, yet tastes dry because it has not much drippy juice.

Can be served with spoon for eating Kumquat in a glass.
